If you have been following FieldNotes over the past weeks, we hope you have enjoyed learning about the journey of Mirriam, a mother in Zambia who has helped protect her son from HIV using PMTCT, or prevention of mother-to-child transmission.
As a single mother, Mirriam has many challenges ahead. She is studying to get her high school degree and soon will be putting her son through school. But we leave them here, as Peter heads towards his second birthday, HIV-free and healthy!"
