Yusuf is suing party officials for his dismissal from the party, a move he says was not based on clear reasons and which was not carried out via the correct legal procedures.
Yusuf has said the dismissal has cost him dearly, for which he has demanded compensation amounting to Rp 42.7 billion, for material and immaterial losses he has suffered.
The Tuesday hearing is scheduled to hear the indictment read out by Yusuf's lawyers. (awd)"
