Pertamina Seeks to Pay 6.75 - 6.875 Pct on Dollar Bond - KOMPAS.com
SINGAPORE, KOMPAS.com - Indonesian state-owned energy company PT Pertamina Persero is seeking to pay a yield of 6.75% to 6.875% on a 30-year global dollar bond that it aims to price later Friday, a person familiar with the offering said.
The company aims to raise up to $500 million in the proposed Rule 144A/Reg S offering, the person said. Citigroup, Credit Suisse and HSBC are bookrunners for the issue.
It marks the second time this week the company has come to the international bond market for funding. It sold a $1 billion 10-year global bond priced to yield 5.5% earlier this week.
